Pricing is valid for 30 days. Materials subject to availability at order placement. No warranty on materials is given. We offer credits on defective material. Product claims must be communicated in writing within five (5) business days. A 25% restock fee applies on products returned.
Retail orders must have a minimum value of $5,000.
Tree Source imposes a convenience fee of 1.5% on all credit card payments. The 1.5% is based on the payment transaction amount. The fee does not exceed our cost of acceptance. Alternate payment options (without additional fees) remain in place and include check, E-Check, payment on file, auto pay, and ACH direct payment. Thank you for your business with Tree Source.
Tax-Exempt Invoices:
We want to process your tax-exempt orders as quickly and accurately as possible—and we need your help to do that.
When placing an order that qualifies as tax-exempt, please let us know at the time of approval, even if you don’t yet have the exemption number. This allows us to remove the sales tax from the invoice right away and add the exemption number later when it becomes available.
To maintain accurate sales tax reporting and minimize administrative corrections, we are now limiting tax adjustments to within 20 days of the invoice date. After this 20-day window, we will no longer be able to issue credits for sales tax.
SMS Notifications
We send SMS order notifications to customers who opt in. You opt in by giving verbal consent to your sales rep and replying YES to our confirmation text. Up to 10 messages per month, sent when deliveries ship. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not guarantee SMS delivery and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Please see our privacy statement (here) for details. We share information about your visit with Google Ads and Analytics as well as Microsoft Clarity so that we can improve the user experience. We send technical logs to Data Dog so that we can understand and recover from errors.
We use a CPI Compliant payment provider - Intuit Payments Inc - to process online payments. We do not store your Credit Card or Bank Account information on our servers.
