Request Account & Data Deletion

You may request that we delete your account and personal information. If you would like to do this, please fill out the form below. We will match your information against our records and reach out to you at the email we have on file for confirmation.

If you choose to delete your user account, you will no longer be able to log in. We will delete:

  • Your user account.
  • Your name, email address and phone number.

If you choose to delete your business account as well, we will reach out to the primary contact for the business to confirm. To delete your business account, you must have paid any outstanding balances. Deleting your business account means that:

  • All users who are only associated with your business will be deleted.
  • We will additionally delete any pending orders.
  • We will remove any notes, phone numbers, or emails that we have on file for your business.
  • Historical transactions cannot be removed, because they are part of the financial record. We will have to retain your business name as an inactive customer.

We will retain any data required by law (for example, financial records). Technical logs are retained for 30 days. You will receive an email when the deletion has been completed, and you may contact us if you need assistance.
