Privacy Policy
This is a list of the tools we use to improve your experience, and what data they collect.
Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Google Ads and Analytics
To analyze website usage, we use Google Analytics, a third-party service that collects standard internet log information and visitor behavior patterns. The data collected through cookies includes details like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit on our site, which helps us understand how our website is used and allows us to improve the user experience. This information is processed by Google on our behalf to compile statistical reports on website activity, but it does not personally identify you as an individual. You can opt-out of Google Analytics tracking by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on. For a comprehensive explanation of how Google processes data, please visit Google's Privacy & Terms page.
Our integration with Google Ads is more about helping companies we think we can serve, find our site. However, we do report back to Google Ads when people successfully find us via a paid campaign. Google shares some anonymized data about our visitors with us, and we similarly do not report back any personally identifiable information to Google.
Fortis
Your personal credit card or bank account information is securely transferred to Fortis Payment Systems, LLC without ever being saved on our servers. We do not store this information ourselves. They are PCI compliant and store your information for us. We do map an identifier they return to any payment's nickname you want to use save for later use. This identifier cannot be used to retrieve your card information - only request that they process a payment on your behalf when you authorize that in the payment portal.
Datadog Logging
We use Datadog to collect and store logging information about your visit for 30 days. Generally, we are looking for any errors you experience so that we can fix them.
Application to Person Messaging
You may choose to opt in to order notifications by asking your sales rep to include you and then replying YES to confirm your registration.
If you choose to opt in, we will store your phone number to send order notifications, along with the time you opted in. We use Twilio to deliver these messages; your phone number is transmitted to Twilio for that purpose only.
This information is NOT shared with third parties for marketing. We retain a record of your consent preference permanently for compliance and audit purposes.
You may OPT OUT at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for support information. You may email info@treesource.com with any questions, deletion requests, or concerns.
